The best neighborhoods in Denver for families are generally focused where the best public school systems in Denver metro are located. Along with low crime, plentiful public services, access to parks, trails, indoor and outdoor recreation, and the public, and mass transit systems like RTD's Lightrail. Theses suburban hot spots usually have with access to major commercial retailers, strip malls, good daycare centers, restaurants, and other retailers are some of the more important factors to my clients looking for a home to purchase or relocate to in a favorable suburban Denver area.
